Can you acquire a target lock on a ship outside your firing arc?
The rulebook says target lock range is measured all around the ship, while attacks require the firing arc.

Yes — a target lock is measured 360° from your ship, so any enemy at Range 1-3 can be locked even if it is outside your arc. To attack that ship, though, it must be inside your firing arc.
