Is spending a focus or evade token an action, and can I spend more than one in a round or in one attack?

Question

Accepted Answer

Spending a token is not an action; only placing it with the Focus or Evade action is. A ship may spend several tokens in a round, for example one focus on its attack and another on defense. On defense a focus token and an evade token can both be spent on the same roll. Recon Specialist gives its second focus only when you perform the Focus action.
