No — the same action from two sources is still the same action, so it can only be performed once per round. A forum report says an FFG designer confirmed this for two Saboteurs at GenCon; one reply doubted it for actions not on the action bar. A Huge ship gets two actions, one per section, but the Treadwell repair is still only one repeat of that action.
