Can Tycho Celchu perform Daredevil while stressed, and does R2 Astromech make it green?

Under the original red-maneuver card, no: Tycho's ability lets him take actions while stressed, but he still cannot execute red maneuvers, so he had to choose another action, and the opponent does not choose a maneuver for him because Daredevil involves no reveal. R2 Astromech was said to make it green, which would have allowed it. Under the later FAQ, where Daredevil is a white maneuver, he can use it while stressed. Check the current card text.
