Which weapons can attack outside the firing arc?

Only a primary weapon with a turret (such as the Falcon's or K-Wing's), turret upgrades such as Twin Laser Turret, and special cases like the Outrider title. With the Outrider title, a ship's cannon can attack outside its firing arc but its primary weapon becomes unusable. Other secondary weapons need the target in the ordinary front arc, and no ship has a true 360-degree arc. BTL-A4 removes a turret upgrade's ability to fire outside the arc.
