Modification order is set by the rulebook: the defender resolves all of his abilities before the attacker. So Sensor Jammer turns a Hit into a Focus first, and then Etahn can act on that die. If the attacker has a Focus token, he can even turn the Sensor Jammer die back into a Hit, because that is a change, not a reroll. Players in the threads call the Ten Nunb plus Etahn combination valid.
