In what order do attacker and defender modify dice?
The core rulebook states this directly, and forum replies agree.
For attack dice the defender resolves all his abilities first, then the attacker. For defense dice it is the opposite: the attacker first, then the defender. If a defender forces a reroll first, the attacker can still modify those dice but cannot reroll them again.
