Can a unique pilot be flown in a different type of ship?
Several experienced players agree; no official ruling.

Not by the rules — a Pilot card belongs to its own ship type and the stats on it are that ship's. One poster suggested a house rule of using the other ship's stats with the pilot's skill and ability, but that is not rules-supported.
