In the meteor-field Prototype mission, does the Prototype pick up facility tokens, and can it SYNCH with Push the Limit?
No to both. The Prototype switches facilities on with the mission's SYNCH action, which lowers its agility, and destroying a facility removes its benefit. SYNCH is not on its action bar, so Push the Limit cannot give a free SYNCH.
