How do favors and debt tokens work?

A player can receive only one favor per turn, but each player's turn counts separately, so you can receive one on your own turn and another on another player's turn. Favors are freely negotiated, and returning a player's debt token obliges them to grant you a favor. A favor grants a single skill for your next skill test.
