Can a hero interact with a token or terminal that an enemy figure is standing on?
Yes, unless the mission says otherwise. You interact from your own space or any adjacent space, and a figure on the token does not block adjacency or line of sight. You cannot share the enemy's space, so you need a free adjacent space to interact from; if none is available you cannot do it.
