In Capital Escape, does the Imperial threat increase still happen, and are the reserve Stormtroopers deployed later?
Yes, the normal Increase Threat step still happens; the mission's own threat comes at End of Round, and only removed Imperial figures from the original map count toward it (max 8). The black and red Stormtrooper groups are initial groups placed during setup, not later reserve groups.
