How does the Bleed condition work?
It is applied only if the attack dealt damage. After the afflicted figure performs an action during its own activation (other than the action that removes Bleed), it suffers 1 strain; a hero beyond his Endurance takes damage instead, and a non-hero takes 1 damage. Movement points are not actions, and moves or attacks made outside its own activation do not trigger it.
