Does pushing Agent Blaise cost an action?
No. Once per activation a Rebel figure (elite allies included) may make the test and, on a pass, push Blaise 1 or 2 spaces without spending an action. Freezing him does cost an action. Other pushes, such as Onar Koma's or Force Throw, can also move him.
