When does the Imperial player get an agenda side mission's reward?

Only if the Rebels resolve a different side mission instead: the agenda mission stays active, and its reward is given to the Imperial player after the Rebels finish the other one. If the Rebels play the agenda mission itself, they get its normal rewards.
