Components and Integration
This pack provides the Rebel Trooper plastic figures that can be used to replace their ally tokens when playing a mission. The other components in this expansion are incorporated as follows:
- Add the Rebel Trooper Deployment cards to the supply of Deployment cards.
- Add the Side Mission card to the pool of green Side Mission cards. The heroes can choose this card when building the Side Mission deck at the start of a campaign.
- Shuffle the Skirmish Mission cards into the Skirmish Mission deck. These cards use the "Geonosis Foundry" map (see below).
- Add the Command cards to the pool of cards that a player can use to build his Command deck.
- ID tokens and stickers can be used to mark different groups corresponding to Deployment cards with the same name (see "Duplicate Figure Groups" on page 9 of the Learn to Play booklet in the Core Game).

- 3 Plastic Figures (Rebel Troopers)
- 2 Deployment Cards (Rebel Trooper)
- 6 Command Cards (Reinforcements x2, Grenadier, Provoke, Strength in Numbers, Focus)
- 1 Side Mission Card (Brace For Impact)
- 2 Skirmish Mission Cards (Geonosis Foundry)
- 4 ID Tokens with 12 ID Stickers
Skirmish Missions: Geonosis Foundry
The two Skirmish Mission cards in this pack, "Shadow War" and "Weapons Project," are played on the Geonosis Foundry Skirmish map printed on the rules sheet. The map has an Experimental Weapon location, a Generator location, and the map tiles listed below.
Shadow War
A long battle over a facility on Geonosis has recently hit a stalemate. Enemy elements have entrenched themselves in a strong position too close for comfort, so you have been brought in to break their lines and destroy their generators. The facility is on lockdown so you'll have to be ready to destroy any barriers between you and your targets.
You can't move without caution, however, as ally-controlled generators need protecting as well. You move in, attempting to strike fast without leaving yourself open to a counter-assault.
Weapons Project
A secret facility has recently developed a powerful weapon, hoping to sell it to the highest bidder. You've been sent to take it by force before it becomes a threat to your operations. Unfortunately, it looks like other forces have had the same idea.
They won't capture these weapons without a fight. The experimental equipment should be fully operational, so it might serve you well to use it. If an enemy acquires one of these weapons, your priority is to terminate the target and reclaim the valuable assets by any means necessary.

Mission Briefing
You arrive to find your compatriots locked in battle with stormtroopers. It's clear you won't have much time to finish their mission before they're overrun.
- Rebel mission tokens represent barricades. Barricades are impassable terrain and can be attacked (Health: 8, Defense: 1 ▼). Rebel Figures can move through a barricade as normal terrain.
- While defending, a Rebel Trooper can choose a barricade through which line of sight was traced to add 1 black die to his defense pool. Then, that barricade suffers [icon] equal to the ▼ results on that black die.
- Neutral mission tokens represent reinforcements. When a Rebel Trooper is defeated, discard one neutral mission token. At the end of each round, Rebels deploy one Rebel Trooper to the Rebel Barricade for each neutral mission token discarded that round.
- The door is locked to Imperial figures.
- When a hero withdraws, he is incapacitated instead. When activating, he receives only 1 action and can only use that action to perform a move.
- A hero can interact with the terminal (2 [icon]) to download the data.
- When the data has been downloaded and all heroes are on or adjacent to the Entrance, the heroes depart.
- The mission ends when the heroes depart ([icon]), at the end of Round 6, or when there are no Rebel Troopers on the map and no reinforcements in the heroes' play area.
Finish Them
When the door to the Command Center opens:
- Deploy the reserved Probe Droid and Royal Guard group to the red point.
- Increase threat by the threat level.
Alarm
When the data is downloaded:
"Data security compromised." This amplified warning repeats through the compound as alarms ring out.
- Increase threat by the threat level.
Storm the Barricade
When both barricades are destroyed:
- The Imperial player can deploy and reinforce to the Rebel Barricade.
End of Mission
When the heroes depart:
Clutching your datapad full of Imperial secrets, you run past the barricade. A brutal, fighting retreat occupies the next few hours, but eventually you are able to get clear of Imperial forces.
- Heroes receive the Rebel Troopers as allies.
At the end of Round 6 or when there are no Rebel Troopers on the map and no reinforcements in the heroes' play area:
You look on in horror as the Imperial forces overrun the barricade and cut down any who oppose them. In moments, not one of your troopers remains standing. Imperials then begin to surround you and your datapad is destroyed by blaster crossfire. You decide to make your escape before you encounter the same fate as your comrades.
- The Imperial player gains 2 influence.
Additional Rewards
- Each player receives 1 XP. Heroes receive 100 credits per hero. The Imperial player receives 1 influence.
