Ship Cards

Each ship card shows, from top to bottom and left to right: hull value, anti-squadron armament, the command, squadron and engineering values, the speed chart, the defense tokens, the anti-ship armament by arc, the upgrade slots along the foot of the card, the ship size, and the points cost at bottom right.

Faction: Imperial Size: Small Points: 44 Hull: 4 Anti-squadron armament: 2 black dice

  • Left arc: 1 blue die and 1 black die; printed number 2.
  • Right arc: 1 blue die and 1 black die; printed number 2.

  • Left arc: 1 blue die and 1 black die; printed number 2.
  • Right arc: 1 blue die and 1 black die; printed number 2.

Upgrade slots: four circular slot icons along the foot of the card, in the same layout as Raider I-class Corvette (pictograms only).

Notes on the Ship Cards

  • Neither ship card prints ability text. The ship's behaviour is set by its speed chart, defense tokens, armament and the upgrade cards below.
  • The two ships differ in their dice and points cost only. Raider I-class Corvette has 2 black dice for anti-squadron armament and a front arc of 2 blue and 2 black dice; Raider II-class Corvette has 1 blue and 1 black die for anti-squadron armament and a front arc of 3 blue and 1 black die. Hull, command, squadron, engineering, speed chart, defense tokens, the side and rear arc dice, and the printed arc numbers are the same on both.
  • The green panel on the left of each ship card shows the defense tokens listed above as icons. The card does not name these tokens, so the names are not given here; the reading is from the icons alone.
  • The ship size is shown by an icon at the bottom left of the card, not as text.

Upgrade Cards

Each upgrade card shows its name, a type icon at the bottom left (where legible), the points cost at bottom right, and the card text. Unique (ace) cards are marked with a bullet (•) before the name, as printed.

Impetuous

Type: Title Points cost: 4 Unique: yes

At the end of your Attack Step, choose 1 of your hull zones. You may perform an attack against 1 enemy squadron from that hull zone, even if you have already attacked from that zone this round.

Instigator

Type: Title Points cost: 4 Unique: yes

Enemy squadrons at distance 1 are treated as if they are engaged by 2 additional squadrons, even if they are not currently engaged.

Quad Laser Turrets

Type: Offensive Retrofit (not printed as text; the type icon is not legible in the scan, so the type is taken from the fandom listing) Points cost: 5

While defending at distance 1, if the attacker is a squadron, you have Counter 1.

Ordnance Experts

Type: Weapons Team (not printed as text; the type icon is not legible in the scan, so the type is taken from the fandom listing) Points cost: 4

While attacking, you may reroll any number of your black dice.

Overload Pulse

Blue [blue-die icon, two diagonal streaks]: Exhaust all of the defender's defense tokens.

SW-7 Ion Batteries

Type: Ion Cannon (not printed as text; the type icon is not legible in the scan, so the type is taken from the fandom listing) Points cost: 5

While attacking a ship, each of your unspent blue [ion-face icon, three looping arrows] icons adds 1 damage to the damage total.

Admiral Ozzel

Type: Commander (not printed as text; the type icon is cut off at the card edge, so the type is taken from the fandom listing) Points cost: 20 Unique: yes

When a friendly ship resolves a [command icon, a circle with a half-filled swirl] command, it may change its speed by an additional 1.

Admiral Montferrat

Type: Officer (not printed as text; the type icon is not legible in the scan, so the type is taken from the fandom listing) Points cost: 5 Unique: yes

While defending against a ship, if your speed is 3 or higher, the attack is treated as obstructed.

After you execute a maneuver, if you overlapped a ship, discard this card.

Notes on the Upgrade Cards

  • The bracketed icons are pictograms printed on the card. They are named here only by their appearance; their meaning is the one given by the base game's Rules Reference.
  • Overload Pulse's type is not stated on the card and is not confirmed by the fandom listing, so it is left as not printed.
  • Card artist credits and flavour text are omitted.
