Map and Counters
Map: Use the Cannae Map. The Aufidus River is now the Po River. Ignore the town of Cannae.
Counters: All counters are from SPQR Deluxe or Barbarian with seven leader counters from the C3i NR32 insert. Substitute counters from SPQR Deluxe are identified incase the new counters are not available.

Carthaginian Command
Rule 4.5 "Carthaginian Command" is in effect. Mago receives the same benefit as his oldest brother, Hannibal.
Ducarius is an allied Insubres Celtic chief and may only issue commands to Celts MI & LN, the Noble Boii & Insubres MI (all light green) and the Gauls LI units (dark green). He may not issue Line Commands.
Brennus represents an unnamed allied Ligurian chief and may only issue commands to the Liguria MI (light green) units. He may not issue Line Commands.
Tychaeus represents an unnamed allied Numidian prince and may only issue commands to the Numidia LC, LI and SK (dark green) and African Elephant EL (grey) units. He may not issue Line Commands.
