Promotional City Tile

This is a single-sided city tile.

Tile front

• Printed cost: 28.
• Counter box: -1 / [ ], showing that the cost is reduced by 1 for each development card you have purchased.

Acquisition

Acquiring this tile requires 28 points, less the total count of your purchased development cards.

Judgment call: the tile prints only the cost (28) and the -1 counter; the rule that the reduction is per purchased development card is the wording of the BGG item description, which is used here as the statement of the tile's rule.

Setup

This tile is meant to be used with no other city tiles in play.
