When my Capo bumps another player's Capo to the Park, do I get the full actions of the person I now talk to?

Yes. You swap places and perform all the actions of the Person of Interest your Capo now occupies. The bumped player's Capo goes to any open Park spot, and its owner picks Leverage, a City tile or a Book. A German wording error suggested otherwise and was corrected.
