In one Deliver action, can I use both Trucks, several ships, my Stills and several buildings?

Yes. Each Truck can move up to its range, buying from different ships, picking up from your Stills and dropping at any number of Operating buildings along the way. A Truck's first placement on the map can be in any district, and it can stop with barrels on board.
