If a Crate tile lets me choose any Docks bonus, do I get that bonus in addition to the one for my space?
The designer answered this directly in the official FAQ or a forum reply.

No. The Crate lets you choose any one of the four Docks bonuses in place of the one printed beside your row. You never get two. Some groups think it is an extra, but the designer says it is not.
