Does Crate tile 17 pay for opponents' Family Members, and do they have to be used?
It pays $4 for each Family Member on the Dock Zone you attacked from, yours or an opponent's, whether or not they were used. You still cannot pay opponents to help when you already have enough strength just to collect the bonus. The designer first said they must be used, then corrected that to the printed text.
