All cards in this expansion are marked with the Mission Pack 1 icon to allow easy distinction from the core game of Death Angel.
How to Use This Expansion
This expansion includes new Location cards, a new Terrain card, and Adrenal Genestealers (a new type of Genestealer card) for your copy of Space Hulk. The variant Location cards provide alternate missions. When randomly setting up the Location deck, choose whether you'll be using the green-backed original Location cards or these red-backed variant Location cards and then follow the instructions on page 7 of the Death Angel rulebook. Note that there are fewer Location cards in the Mission Pack than in the core game.
The Hull Breach Terrain Card
The Hull Breach is a new Terrain card. It follows the same rules as normal Terrain cards. The new variant Location Cards list when and where to place it.
Adrenal Genestealers
Adrenal Genestealer cards are treated exactly like Genestealer cards with the following exceptions:
Adrenal Genetealer [sic] cards are never shuffled into the Genestealer deck or blip piles. They only spawn when specified by a Location card and spawn without being in blip piles.
Adrenal Genestealers have two movement icons, and their swarm moves when either of these icons is activated.
Transcriber note: the printed sheet's third panel carries the two paragraphs below beneath a red swarm icon, with no heading of its own. They are placed here, under Adrenal Genestealers, because they govern that card type.
When a swarm containing an Adrenal Genestealer attacks and rolls a "0," the formation shifts and then the swarm attacks again.
Any time a player slays a Genestealer in a swarm, he may choose to slay an Adrenal Genestealer in that swarm instead of a normal Genestealer.
