Zokmere Polearm (Weapon, MvM, cost 6)

• Cost: 6
• Type: Weapon
• Deck: MvM
• Accuracy: +3 (printed as a skull icon with "+3")
• Damage: 3 (printed as a red flame icon with "3"), plus a blue anchor icon with a "+" joining it. The BGG item description gives this as: deals 3 damage, and can deal +1 additional damage if you discard 1 equipped savvy card. The card itself does not print the words for the anchor icon, so this mapping is taken from the BGG description.
• Block: 1 (printed as a blue hexagon icon with "1"), with the printed text: "+1 block if you miss."

Summary of the printed effect: +3 accuracy; deals 3 damage (+1 additional damage if you discard 1 equipped savvy card); provides 1 block (2 if you miss).
