Number of Players

2 to 6 players.

Objective

One player poses an extreme situation ("situación límite") and their fellow players try to guess which of the four answer options they choose. The first player to reach the end of the track is the winner. The more correct guesses are made, the further players advance along the board.

Setup

  1. Place the board on the table.
  2. Each player receives 1 pawn and 4 answer cards (A, B, C and D).
  3. Shuffle the cards and place them in a face-down pile, keeping the text hidden.
  4. Some cards are blank so that players can write their own extreme situations.
  5. The players decide among themselves who starts the game.

Playing the Game

The first player takes a card and reads the situation aloud, slowly, along with each of the answer options. That player then chooses one option.

Once they have chosen, without the other players seeing, they take the answer card that corresponds to their choice and place it face down on the table, keeping the remaining answer cards hidden.

The other players, based on how their companion thinks and acts, try to guess which option was chosen. Each of them places face down on the table the answer card they believe matches the first player's.

When everyone has placed their card on the table, the first player turns over their card, and then the other players turn over theirs one by one.

The first player advances one space for having read the extreme situation. In addition, if there are correct guesses, the first player advances as many spaces as there are players who guessed their answer. Each player who guessed their companion's answer correctly advances one space.

It may happen that nobody guesses the first player's answer; in that case, no one advances on the board.

End of the Game and Winner

The game ends when a player reaches the end of the track. The first player to do so is the winner.
