Add-On Customer Packs
Thanks to Seize the Bean's enthusiastic Kickstarter backers we were able to design and produce 3 additional Customer Packs: Board Game Media, Quality Beasts, and City Celebrities. Each Customer Pack is explained in detail below and on the next page. Please note that the Board Game Media and Quality Beast Award Cards are included in the main game box.
Pack icons: 5-6 Player (supported); Solo Mode (not supported); Add-On Required.
Quality Beasts
The Quality Beasts Customer Group is essentially the same as the Board Game Media Group; it provides a mish-mash of Customers which mimic other Customer Groups. If you'd rather see our team's faces, then play with these instead of the Board Game Media Group, or add both for a very challenging but versatile game!
Setup
Setting up a game with either the Board Game Media or Quality Beasts is the same as the normal setup. When choosing the 6 Groups you will play with, replace 1 of them with the Board Game Media or Quality Beasts. If you'd like to play with both, replace 2 Groups.
Customers with 2 Group Icons
The general paragraph of this section, which concerns the Board Game Media and City Celebrity Customer Cards, is not reproduced here. The Quality Beasts paragraph follows.
The Quality Beast Customer Cards and one City Celebrity in particular, the Quality Beast mascot, our beloved, endangered red panda, Cubee, are all very special. They each have a second Group Icon that is actually a wild symbol for all of the Groups except Quality Beasts. This applies when selecting a target for any Customer Abilities and it counts for anything you choose during Word of Mouth. However, at the end of the game it can only count for 1 single Group of your choice, excluding Quality Beasts.
Component Notes
The Board Game Media and Quality Beast Award Cards are included in the main game box.
The City Celebrities section of the same rulebook says that the City Celebrities, unlike the Board Game Media and Quality Beast Customer Groups, come with no Award nor any Upgrade Cards.
