Notes on the Tile

• The tile is placed next to a tile in your zoo that shows the petting zoo icon. The printed text "Next to 1" with the petting zoo icon describes where the tile must be placed.
• At the end of the game, the tile scores 2 points for each directly adjacent petting zoo icon. The BGG item description gives this same effect in words: "Place adjacent to any card with petting zoo icon. Scores two points per directly adjacent petting zoo icon at the end of the game."
• The tile's own icon does not count toward its score. Adjacency and the petting zoo icon are used as defined in the Sanctuary base rules, including the final scoring rule for icons adjacent to a tile.
• The artwork, the "food corner" sign, the card name and number, and the promo marking are not rules text and are not transcribed.
