Pay 1 crystal and place a forest tile on a regular sand space (not a sand tile made by Kuniban), paying range from your nearest piece. You gain 1 book for the tile and each connected forest, and owners of adjacent buildings advance on the green track, even on tiles missing the printed arrow.
