If someone takes the last major artifact on another player's turn, who gets the end game tile and who takes the last turn?
The designer's FAQ settles the other-player's-turn case, which the rulebook text does not spell out.

The active player (whose turn it is) takes the end game tile and its 4 points. Then all other players, including the one who took the artifact, take one last turn; the active player does not. When the last artifact is taken on your own turn, you take the tile and everyone else gets a last turn.
