Can I take an action and then hibernate in the same turn, or hibernate first and still take a second action?
The rulebook says you hibernate instead of performing up to two actions.

No. Hibernating is what you do instead of taking your actions, so it uses the whole turn. You can still use free actions such as machines and crates that turn.
