If I build a second building next to the same terrain or water space, do I gain the bonus again?
The rulebook scores terrain per building and water once per player.

For terrain and crystals, yes: each building claims its own bonus for every adjacent terrain space, and large buildings double it. A given water space, however, pays each player only once for the whole game.
