Components
- 4 colour towers
- 24 coloured wooden beads
- 1 colour die
Goal of the Game
The goal of the game is to be the first to build a colour tower with six different beads: red, white, blue, orange, yellow, green.
Setup
Each player receives a colour tower. The beads stay in the box for now so that they do not roll away.
Start of the Game
The youngest player may throw the colour die first. Play proceeds clockwise.
- When the player throws a colour he does not yet have, he may take a bead of that same colour. After that, the player may throw once more.
- When the player throws a colour he already has, his turn is over. The player to his left then takes a turn.
Winner
Whoever first builds their colour tower is the winner.
Game Variants
- The colour tower shown on the front of the box is, from bottom to top, red, white, blue, orange, yellow, green. The goal of this variant is to be the first to build the colour tower in this exact order.
- When a player throws red, he may take the red bead, because it is the bottom colour of the tower. He then throws again to try to get white, and so on.
- When he throws another colour, his turn is over. The player to his left then takes a turn.
- Once the players are building their colour towers easily, it is a good moment to add extra challenge. The game is first played as described above. But once all towers have been built, the players must then also take them down again in the same way!
