How do I show a 0-cost person or ability is not ready?
The rulebook's Actions section describes the pink-dash disc.

Put an extra water disc with the pink dash on it, like any other spent card. A person played for free is not ready that turn, and so marked, and a 0-cost ability used makes its card not ready the same way.
