How does Training Camp work with enters-play traits and Nest of Spies or Transplant Lab?

The person goes into the same place and counts as entering play: traits like Vanguard, Argo Yesky or Wounded Soldier fire immediately, and it counts toward Nest of Spies and Transplant Lab. So turning a punk into a person counts as two. The reminder that it "is not ready" doesn't stop Karli Blaze or Rescue Team from being ready.
