How does Doomsayer affect events?
The rulebook's Doomsayer FAQ and several designer replies agree.

When Doomsayer enters play, every event in the opponent's queue moves back one space if there is room; an event already at the back stays put, and the card can still be played if nothing can move. It affects Raiders when Raiders is in the queue, but not a Raiders or 0-time event that is not in the queue.
