Game Setup

Add the 14 new Little Giants cards to the base game and shuffle them together.

The Flower Power expansion can also be added, which allows play with up to 6 players.

Game Turns

The game turn follows the usual rules.

On your turn, you may take one of the Little Giants cards if any are revealed in the center of the table. However, this card is not placed in one of the 9 spaces in your playing area! Depending on the direction of its arrow, you must place it:

• at the top (aligned with a column)

OR

• on the left (aligned with a row).

Once placed, a card cannot be moved.

Note: You must always assign your Giant card to a row or column even if your playing area is still mostly empty or completely empty. In these cases, announce aloud which row or column you are assigning the card to.

There must only be one Giant card for each row and column. If you take one but you already have three Giant cards with that type of arrow (row or column), flip the card facedown and place it on any empty space among the 9 spaces of your playing area, as if it were a facedown card from the base game (see case 3 in the base game rules).

Scoring

The Giant cards have a color like other cards, and some are multi-colored. During scoring, these cards are taken into account both for your color zones and for special cards.

In addition, each Giant card earns you a bonus as detailed below:

• This card earns you 3 spirals for each validated card in its column.

• This card earns you 4 spirals for each faceup card in its column that has no spirals. For a card to have no spirals, it must show NONE of the spiral symbols. Examples are shown below.

• This card earns you 2 spirals for each faceup card in its row that is the indicated color. It earns 2 spirals for itself, since it is of the indicated color.

• This card cancels all crosses on faceup cards in its row (regardless of where those crosses come from).

• This card earns you 2 or 3 spirals (as shown) for each faceup card in its row or column that is not validated.
