Components
- 60 tower elements (20 small, 20 medium, 20 large).
- 104 task cards (please note the description).
- 17 penalty coins.
- 1 game board.
- Rules.
For ages 6 and up, 2 to 8 players.
Playing time: approx. 20 minutes.
Goal of the Game
Fulfil the requirements of the task cards without causing any tower to collapse.
Setup
Lay the game board out on the table and place towers on each of the 9 spaces in random order (3 small, 3 medium and 3 large). Study the cards carefully, as described below. Shuffle the cards and place the deck face down next to the game board. Put the penalty coins in the bank.
Starting the Game
The youngest player starts; play passes clockwise.
Course of Play
The youngest player takes the top card from the deck, places it face up and carries out the task (see the card descriptions). Then it is the turn of the player sitting to the left; they likewise take the top card of the deck, carry out the task, and so on.
If the task cannot be carried out (for example, a tower must be moved from a yellow space to a red one, and there is no tower on the yellow space), the turn passes to the next player. Players may get up from the table and walk around it if necessary.
A multi-storey tower that has begun to lean must not be straightened. It is also forbidden to push towers. A tower may only be lifted as a whole above the board and moved, likewise as a whole, as indicated on the card.
A Tower Collapses
If a player causes a tower to collapse, they must take a penalty coin. The same player must also take all the fallen pieces of all the collapsed towers. Towers that remain standing stay in place.
End of the Game
As soon as one player has collected 3 penalty coins, the game ends and that player is the loser.
New Round
All penalty coins are returned to the bank and all towers are removed from the game board. The game starts again as described above.
Notes
- Towers must be moved one after another.
- Towers must be moved in a straight line.
- If a tower element of the size the card requires is missing, the task may be skipped.
- All other tasks on the cards must be carried out.
- If no free tower is left, the player may take a tower from the game board and place it on the tallest tower. This continues until one of the towers falls.
- Players may use both hands when moving towers.
- Players may move other towers in order to reach those in the middle of the game board.
