English:
At the start of each Generation, place 3 1 VP tokens on this card. Each time your Prophet lands on an Island, you may place one of the VP tokens on its disc. If the token falls off the Prophet by the end of the Mission Phase, take it to your pool of Victory Points.

Translation notes: "PZ" is the Polish abbreviation for punkt zwycięstwa (Victory Point), so "1 PZ" is a 1 VP token. "Fazy misji" is the Mission Phase, the name the base rulebook uses for the phase in which players flick their Prophets. The printed Polish has "zabierz do go swojej puli" in the title box; "do go" appears to be a misprint on the card for "go do" (or "do swojej"). It is transcribed as printed, and the English follows the evident meaning: take the token to your pool. The base rulebook places VP tokens near your God Ability card; this promo does not change that.
