Setup

Place all 36 game pieces in the outermost spaces on the board, with the like color pieces placed next to each other.

How to Play

2 Players

Each player selects two colors that are opposite each other on the board. You can win with either of your colors, but colors cannot be combined for a win. The youngest player goes first and play proceeds clockwise. Players take turns placing their pieces, one per turn, into the center area.

3-4 Players

Each player selects a color. If only three are playing, one color is not used in the game. The youngest player goes first and play proceeds clockwise. Players take turns placing their pieces, one per turn, into the center area.

Rules for Playing Pieces

• Once a piece is placed, it cannot be moved.
• If you cannot play a piece, you skip a turn.
• Keep placing pieces until someone gets an Otrio!

Winning

Be the first one to get three of your pieces in a row in one of three ways:

1. Three of the same sized pieces (big, medium, or peg) in a row, in any direction — vertically, horizontally, or diagonally.
2. Three concentric pieces (one big, one medium, and one peg, all of your color) in any one space.
3. Three pieces in ascending or descending order, in any direction — vertically, horizontally, or diagonally.
