Floor Modifiers
The sheet lists one modifier for each of the three floors. Each floor row has a box on the left, the modifier name in the middle, and two boxes on the right. The left-hand column is headed "ALL" with a [teal icon]; the right-hand column is headed "ALL" with a [crossed swords icon].
Floor 1: Sweltering Heat
The sheet prints only the name of this modifier; no rule text appears under it.
Boxes printed on the Floor 1 row:
- Left box: [green shield icon], number 3.
- Right box: [red heart icon] on a blue box, number 3.
- Right box: [orange hourglass icon] (two hourglasses stacked) on a tan box, number 3.
Floor 2: Persistence
Rule text as printed:
[black star icon] dice cannot be placed in boxes with [green shield icon].
Boxes printed on the Floor 2 row:
- Left box: [red heart icon] over [orange hourglass icon], number 5.
- Right box: [green shield icon] on a pink box, number 3.
- A third right-hand slot is printed empty (no box).
Floor 3: Terrifying Screech
Rule text as printed:
All 3s rolled are immediately discarded.
Boxes printed on the Floor 3 row:
- Left box: [orange hourglass icon] over [orange hourglass icon], number 6.
- Right box: [red heart icon] over [red heart icon] on a tan box, number 4.

Phoenix Boss Card
The boss card is headed "PHOENIX" with a [crossed swords icon] and shows the Phoenix art. The card has seven dice boxes, laid out in three rows: a wide box and a small box in the top row, a wide box and a small box in the middle row, and three small boxes in the bottom row. Each box shows the dice icons required and a number, as printed:

The sheet does not print any further rule text for the boss card, its boxes or the number beside the heart icon.
