Setup
Place the Extension tiles that correspond to the colours of the lines in play next to the board.
Extension tiles are treated the same way as standard Track tokens - once placed on the board, they are part of a player's network, and the Passenger may move along them.
Gameplay
A player may spend one Branch tile to take an Extension tile matching one of their line colours. Doing so does not cost an action.
As an action, a player may place an Extension tile on to the board as if it were a Track token of the same colour (and under the same restrictions).
