On Mars
Can I use a tech tile with an Executive action, and with bonus effects?
Yes. Whenever a tech matches the action, you can use it with executive actions, blueprint actions and bonus effects from Discovery tiles or private goals, and the tech may belong to any player. Each use is of one tile only.
