On Mars
Do I get Oxygen every time another player uses my tech?
Yes, one Oxygen for each use of your tech, so a boosted Welcome a Ship using your tech for two ships gives you two, and using it with Colonists as a boost also counts. Your own tech gives nothing and you never pay anyone for using theirs, including when an Advanced Building uses it.
