How does Lacerda use and advance Tech?
He always uses a Tech tile when one is available, preferring it over spending Crystals on Rover movement, and he always advances a Tech for free. He places a new Tech on the top empty space, first in the left-most column. If you own the Tech he uses, you gain your Oxygen.
