What does Lacerda gain when the colony levels up?
He builds a Shelter (as a complex if possible), welcomes a ship and takes a Bot onto his player board, whoever triggered the level-up. This happens at the end of the current player's turn. The Bot is never placed on the main board but still counts for LSS rewards and Missions; he never spends his own ships.
