Is the Earth Contract display refilled after I take a Contract?
Yes. Refill happens at the end of your turn whether you took a Scientist or a Contract, with a card you choose, keeping six on display. You cannot take a contract the turn it is placed, face-down contracts are only used for refill, and a face-up Contract may cost 1 Crystal.
