Can I use tech tiles with Builder Drone AI600 or Private Ship cards?
Yes. A tech can be used with an Advanced Building when it relates to the same action, including tech belonging to other players. Builder Drone's own benefit is that its upgrades ignore bot range, and combined with Efficient Upgrading it can upgrade several buildings, still subject to normal costs and size requirements.
