If one attack removes the last HP dice of several bosses, how many reactions happen and which boss reacts?

Remove all bosses with no HP dice left. Then perform one reaction per broken die, minus one if all were broken, since the last die does not trigger a reaction. The surviving boss, the most North then most West, performs the reactions.
