Does Backstab's bonus require your character to be in the target's rear arc, or only to target its rear?

The bonus needs the attack to come from the target's rear arc, so your character must be in that arc. Card text saying 'rear' is errata'd to mean rear arc. Avi's Backstab works from any arc but only gets the bonus from the rear.
